> **Pros**: Sensei has helped us move forward with bringing our practice up to speed with a more chartless system. We are able to complete our job functions without the bulkiness and delay of using paper charts. It is very intuitive and quick and easy to use.

> **Cons**: We are waiting on a few features to be added but once those are in we will be able to run even more smoothly. Any complaints we have had have been quickly addressed through their suggestion portal. Currently using their timeclock feature has been difficult but we have been assured they are aware and seeing a fix
