> **Pros**: I love the way, the product streamlines, the guest experience, workflows, property, safety, and damage fee collection - amongst much more\! Prior to coming on board, we were using Guesty workflows, which, although good, limit the functionality that you can achieve and offer no security to your properties or verification of guests. I think all features of Endor are amazing, and tie greatly in with each other to allow you to create a better guest experience from booking confirmation. As well as this, it also allow you to upsell and bring  in substantial amounts of revenue, especially with damage waivers, which already have paid for half of the annual cost of the product. It is a really cool tool\! Additionally,  \[sensitive content hidden\] has been incredibly supportive throughout the process, patient and incredibly kind and helpful throughout the on boarding process and our existing relationship with Enso. I personally have felt very comfortable and safe, making changes with the knowledge. He has an overview on our account and does advise with the best practices to improve our guest experience. Thank you  \[sensitive content hidden\] and thank you Enzo, great tool.

> **Cons**: The only thing I would say, with this, is that it’s early in its development. It is a new product, so this is completely fair. However, with that said, the features already existing and the roadmap is pretty incredible. From experience, any new features are quickly implemented, and I really value how much the teams take on use a Feedback to improve the tool

I appreciated the idea of integrating guest communication, access, and upsells in one system — it's a promising concept.&#10;&#10;However, the execution and customer experience fell short.

> **Cons**: Review of EnsoAI (Enso Connect)&#10;&#10;Unfortunately, my experience with EnsoAI has been extremely disappointing.&#10;&#10;Despite submitting an official cancellation request well in advance, the company continued to charge my account, citing a 60-day notice policy buried in the contract. While this may be “legally” valid, it clearly reflects a lack of customer focus and disregard for users’ actual intentions and communications.&#10;&#10;Such practices may follow the letter of the law but certainly fail the test of ethics. With so many customer-friendly alternatives available today, I strongly advise against using EnsoAI for anyone in property management or hospitality.&#10;&#10;I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its approach to customer relations, or it risks losing the trust of the professional community.
