Despite that, the Provider was flexible in allowing the declaration of bugs/improvements, they committed over a timeline for the improvements and corrections and they proposed in a constructive way alternatives of implementation with the existing features.

- Risks Analysis and KPIs tracking are very efficient.
- The distribution feature allows you to quickly share a group of policy with employees or with external auditors.
- This software is also a Document Versioning Solution on its own. This is very useful to track the evolution of your policies and processes.
- Great product team. They constantly improve the product and they take into consideration improvements ideas.
