> **Pros**: What I like about this software is you can easily see what times are available on what dates and you can quickly make an appointment at any time. I find I often need to make an appointment to get a blood test result only when I remember to do it - which could be 9PM at night on a Sunday. The surgery will not be open  but I can still make the appointment using HotDoc. It frees up my time. I can imagine the receptionist at the surgery doesn’t need to take as many calls when others use HotDoc - which makes things work more efficiently. I like how HotDoc reminds me about the appointment as well.

> **Cons**: I don’t see any negatives when using this software, it works well and it is very reliable.

> I will definitely keep using HotDoc, I find it a very useful service.
