We were initially going to go with Test Gorilla, but we needed to check out the landscape to ensure we were getting a good deal. Twolink has a free tier that is quite good. Has a load of tests, and provides results per candidate directly in my email as soon as a candidate is done. It allows me to customize the questions to a role and to add some customized questions as well. OMG\! all and everywhere it was failing. 1. Their city database was missing; candidates were not able to select city and it was mandatory field\!\! 2. It stopped loggining in, for 30 minutes, 2 minutes to login. Shame\! 3. Rate limiting error while doing the test. 4. We moved up to higher level of plan, that didn't help. 5. Images of questions were missing for 'Problem solving" module 6. Further, after so many hiccups, we were not able to see the results, it was just like disconnect from database. 7. Support\! - no one was available during 10AM - 2PM India time > > In simple word - Pathetic.
