> **Pros**: For being in the earlier stages of creating a software, Aspire is great\! They have lots of different features, including their own exercise portal. The scheduling and booking is simple and very user friendly. The health record system takes a bit to get used to but once you figure it out it is very simple to navigate. It also comes with access to a bookkeeping software that is very simple to use\!

> **Cons**: Sometimes there are issues with the system linking to the bookkeeping software, but that is very easily fixed. Any issues I have had are dealt with by the team promptly.The mobile version still has some kinks to be worked out, but for the most part, it still does the trick.

> Overall, Aspire has been an easy system to work with, and the onboarding process was extremely easy thanks to Sufera and the team\! They have been incredibly helpful in the onboarding process, and with any ongoing issues I have had.

### "Average Software - Disastrously Poor Customer Service" — 2.0/5

> **Pros**: Much better than paper based charting.  Doesn't require significant local computer resources.

> **Cons**: The software is extremely buggy. Many issues with data not saving, data being duplicated, data being erased with no feedback that it was happening. There is numerous improvements that need to be made to the EMR but the developer seems to be completely focused on adding features and not improving the day to day experience.

> OCA has been terrible to deal with. Every experience is far more difficult than it should be. Reports of patient data being lost were ignored over and over. Customer service tickets closed with no resolution and no communication.  OCA made changes to billing accounts without permission - charging the Doctor instead of the clinic. Multiple occasions was asked to send confidential information about pts via insecure means. Communication with upper management was completely ineffective. OCA does not seem to be able to manage their software and developer in a manner that is safe and efficient.
