This is especially valuable as my company is one of the first professional landlords in the quickly growing local residential property market. Personally, I can do my job much faster, I can write invoices, generate general agreements, and access all the data I need from a single, database. Bidrento adapts fully to the different needs I have throughout the year. During August and September, I appreciate automating rental agreements the most, while during winter, with rising heating bills, Bidrento makes it much easier to allocate costs between tenants proportionally. Because Bidrento works perfectly on my mobile phone, my work is much faster and much easier to manage. I can use Bidrento to generate a new invoice and send it to the tenant while in a face-to-face meeting with them. Reclaiming precious time by ensuring all of the essential information is accurate and easily accessible in a single place. Five years ago we started diversifying from commercial property to residential rental units. At first, we tried quite a rudimentary setup of Google Sheets for apartment and property data, Dropbox for hosting rental agreements and accounting software on the side. We were always a bit fearful of having one number in spreadsheets and another in a different place. Making mistakes more likely and our work more burdensome. Then we also tried a solution that was meant for housing associations, but that did not fit our rental property portfolio at all as it lacked functionality connected to rental agreements.
