As i work in hospitality, if our Freezer goes down, we dont have time time to wait for an administrator to upload all the details and then approve it our end, the company could be with us within minutes. there should be a way if the person has already been on site, they can turn up and sign in and all the documents can just be uploaded there and then. > > I am not sure how it works for other departments but for catering it doesnt really help us.
