> **Pros**: I've been working with it, implemented it, the main use of it, you can access across all sap systems that it is installed, it makes much easier the administration of users and authorizations, because its a central database of users, also it is easier for the final user to get into sap systems, it doesn't have to remember their passwords for every system.

> **Cons**: This software is not bad at all, i think it can become a little hard to install it and implement it correctly, but if you do it ok, then it will work great. The worst thing can happen is that if you block your user, it will be blocked on all systems.
> 
> I work with it, and it showed me how easy can you manage a lot of users in more than 10 systems, its a central hub of users and authorizations.

> **Cons**: If I change my password, which is required every 90 days at my company, sometimes there is a lag, but still is easier than needing to remember an extra password.

> **Cons**: Only when you are not connected directly to the company's network (if you are working from home, remotely with any device) then the product asks you to authenticate yourself sometimes. It is okay but it happens randomly and sometimes irritates.
