People can be reworded as Team Members, there's shouldn't be this may tabs for my personal profile, organisation/hierarchy can fall under people/team members rather than it being a whole other dropdown. The filters under the dahsboard has a loophole where if i select filter by managers, I can see what my manager has reviewed about me, even though they say it's anonymous (defeating the anonymous feature); likewise with other filters. The different tabs under the dashboard can be moved as a drop down on the side panel, also the user profile tab is the same as the personal information tab. What does each emoji mean on the score (analytics)? How is the analytics measured? > > Overall, the goal of the Workstory tool is good and the idea to make year-end reviews more measureable is definitely something HR representatives stuggle with.
