Also, the support team is responsive and open to feedback, which helps a lot during onboarding.

> **Cons**: Right now, there’s no built-in customer portal, which has been disappointing for some of my clients. I currently offer a third-party solution to fill this gap. I really hope this will be resolved by the end of this year or early 2026, with the release of Fireberry Service. There's no official launch date yet — that’s just my personal hope.
