At the moment, credit memo application does not work well. I have many vendors that are paid via auto-withdrawals and credit memos are not supported. Therefore, I was left in limbo waiting for the next in line to help me cancel the subscription. Then I was told in late May that I could not cancel it per the agreement. Wow, it was their fault i could not use the product becuase of their staff and they blame me and they continue to charge me.
