Guests can also use the portal to contact about reservations, maintenance, or housekeeping. > **Pros**: We use this tool to really quickly communicate that the cleaning is done at the property. Most of the features are guest-facing, but there are also internal communication features. We just say "Alexa, cleaning is done" and the management is notified.

> **Pros**: Being able to provide a solution to answer so many of our frequently asked questions has been a great value to us and reduced the number of texts and calls to the management.  The guests are impressed by the technology and the capabilities.

> **Cons**: To get the most of the product you need to provide as many answers as you can, which can take a bit of effort.  However, I have found that this is an investment in reducing future calls and questions.
