The support team has been helpful and the training was self-paced and easy to follow. > > **Cons**: The permissions settings are great, but as an admin you do have to be conscious that you basically have to set up permissions for everything you add to OnBoard. It takes time to get used to this. > > Our experience has been great. The implementation period and building out the site was fairly simple, the training was easy to follow, and OnBoard staff ensured we were on track before we actually went live with the product.
