Poor support. Constant upselling more of their products > > This company (Kaseya) have bought many different solutions and turned them into add-ons. The primary solution for five engineers is over £400 per month. When we complained about the system not working as described, they suggested we pay another £2000 per month for Kaseya 365. Our complaint was dealt with by the sales department, which quoted completely inaccurate pricing. I was stupid enough to sign up for 3 years due to large discounts over a 12 month contract. I am now arguing with them to get out of the contract but their contracts are written for them not the Client. Our lawyers have said "While the Agreement is a little confused and unclear in places, the contract is valid". The API is fairly easy to work with excluding documents.
