It makes no sense why a report cannot be created or analytics cannot be obtained if there is data in a field. Worse, there is no forum for clients to place requests for features. The video calling feature is promoted by Sales but then discouraged during Implementation. The incoming calls feature is not usable and needs to have a high priority in being fixed. More importantly, if your Implementation team tells the client to not use it, it shouldn't be advertised by the Sales team. > > Overall experience is a 4.5 out of 5. The Client relations and customer service is top notch. The response time for most all issues has been not only impressive but incomparable to any other software provider.
