> **Pros**: This  application is very easy to use and user friendly.    There are tons of useful features we didnt have in old system such as bus tracking in real time ,   google like search engine,  after sales management etc   this software made life less stressful  at work.

> **Pros**: In delayed services, the system allows us to send a one-key delay message to the customers. Our customers are more knowledgeable and there is a significant decrease in our call numbers. The processing speed is unbelievable, the speed of response is unbelievable. My time on the phone with customers has been cut in half. Also customers can track the bus from clicking the link in their ticket.There are more features that I cant remember just use them daily for my convenience. Training is not pain anymore easy to teach and understand.  Overall It is an amazing upgrade for us and our company. Thank you\!

> **Pros**: Ticpoi is aimed to  present the information that is really needed in order of importance so that you do not get lost in piles of information. Hence it is very easy to train new employees about the system. So transition from another software to this one was very easy.&#10;&#10;Functions are so designed to really benefit the user. You can easily see that the program is not developed and then try to be sold, but first taken into account every need of the user.
