The assessments are based on so-called Economic Games where the candidates reveal their behavioral characteristics through their decisions in the games. Since this user-friendly and innovative platform is built on the analysis of people's intrinsic behavioral traits, it fits companies of any industry or size, as behaviors are key determinants of performance across contexts. &#10;&#10;The Kodo People TA module consists of 3 easy steps that cover the full TA cycle:&#10;&#10;1. The Screening phase allows users to consider multiple factors that determine the candidate’s appropriateness as a new hire, such as adaptability, uncertainty management, and job interest. Candidates are ranked based on their scores on these fundamental variables.&#10;&#10;2. The Behavioral Style phase classifies people along a continuum from "Soft Style"  to "Hard Style" based on variables like risk preferences, long-run orientation, and bargaining behavior. Being able to measure and differentiate these behavioral styles will guarantee that you find the right person for each position. &#10;&#10;3. Once you hire a new employee, the Oborading phase helps you know how s/he is fitting into your teamwork and how s/he manages the social environment in your organization. This "social preference radiography" is obtained thanks to measuring variables related to social profile and interaction, including trustworthiness, compassion, cooperation, altruism, and envy.
