> Inception CRM is a customer relationship management solution for pharmaceutical and life science companies that supports the planning, reporting and analytic needs of the field and remote sales representatives and their managers.  &#10;&#10;It is optimally designed for pharmaceutical companies who need to coordinate the work of multiple business units and territory sales teams. It supports the work of primary and specialty care (Rx) sales representatives as well as OTC pharmacy sales teams, and Key Account Managers. &#10;&#10;The system’s granular configuration options enable companies to support the unique business processes of each business unit and sales team while unifying data management and reporting across the entire sales organization.&#10;&#10;Application features and data visibility can be managed according to a user’s needs and role permissions. This means that users won’t see features that aren’t relevant to their business processes, and data (both customer and team activity data) can be displayed or hidden based on what they need to see.&#10;&#10;The basic features available to all users, regardless of their business roles, include the ability to find customers and view their details, add new customers and update customer information, schedule and report activities and calls and personalize the application interface and manage their own access, among other settings.&#10;&#10;Additional modules and features are enabled and configured according to the needs of individual sales teams and their users. These include modules for cycle activity planning; pharmacy order management; sample and inventory management; expense reporting; contracts and customer consent management; accessing approved media and closed-loop marketing presentations; hosting remote meetings and presentations; tracking performance and sales progress via dashboards and reports.&#10;&#10;Inception CRM is provided as a hosted service (SaaS) and delivered via native client applications installed on Apple, Android and Windows devices. Users can access their accounts on multiple devices, and most usually do. &#10;&#10;Sales reps typically use both tablets and smartphones, while sales managers and key account managers access the system on their Windows laptops, where they can more comfortably perform their work, using their phones only in the field. The Windows app works offline and is ideally suited to power users who need to do deep data analysis. It is fully integrated with MS Office, allowing users to export data (according to permissions).&#10;&#10;While each native app contains its own reports, a separate browser-based platform is available for online dashboards and reports, which can be exported to MS Excel and other MS Office formats. Inception CRM also has an integrated web browser-based eLearning platform that can be used for product and sales training as well as pharmacovigilance training.&#10;&#10;Inception CRM is vendor-supported solution. This means that each customer has their own dedicated account manager who supports them with training, user onboarding, and system administration. Account support is provided within the context of a monthly service pool, which is fixed according to the terms of the service agreement, and can also include custom report creation as well as remote IT support.&#10;&#10;Client CRM administrators can also manage the system independently (after training) to fulfill key support objectives without depending on vendor assistance. &#10;&#10;System administrators can configure a wide range of system parameters, including data loading and data management; user account set up and configuration; customer data attributes; configuration of activity types and workflows, and call reports; media file publishing and distribution; management of pharmacy order templates and workflows; rules for samples distribution; and configuration of cost centers, expense types, and expense reporting templates, among many other settings.

The economic components of the software such as the calculation and the logbook are also important, it is well processed.
