We'd get advice from one team, say Option Pool setup then come back to the Round Closing Team only to find that, whilst that advice might be best for most scenarios, in our particular scenario it might not be - so round we would go again between the teams back and forth. > > EMI share options, cap table, SeedFasts, Funding rounds.
