If he didn’t immediately have the answer to a question, he always took the time to research it, explore different options, and come back with a solution. He also helped me think through workflows and offered guidance when I wanted to know what might be considered an industry standard. That level of support made a huge difference. I’ve used Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, and most recently Mangomint, and Zenoti is by far the most comprehensive software I’ve worked with. The level of customization, reporting, automation, and operational insight is unlike anything I’ve experienced before.
