The day we went live was hard but we made it. Our online scheduling has increased. I have learned to be patient with sending questions as they are addressed to me, passing these questions onto the message board. If I don’t understand, a live agent is easily available with helping. After go-live, they offer a 2-week window with daily check-ins and standby access with the implementation manager. It took some time using the new system to identify areas that required more attention or development.
