It gives my patients the option to self schedule and I appreciate the text reminders for appointments for both myself and my patients. It is HIPAA secure and I like the medical documentation platform. > > **Cons**: I wish when I could edit the availability templates once a patient has scheduled. Once there is a patient on the template, I am unable to make any changes.
