> **Pros**: I like that we have helped develop the database and suggest functionality for the system, the system is easy to use and as a whole and records the data we want. Developers are easy to communicate with and we are able to customize and improve some of the functions through a collaborative discussion.

> **Cons**: I think that as this was based on another programme, some of the ability to change things around is lost a little bit or needs more work to bring it to exactly where we want. I would like this to be a system to have a few more standardized reports within the system, which seems a bit more difficult to do
