The software itself, while initially complex to get installed and integrated with other enterprise systems, is easy to manage on the back end and easy on the users. > > **Cons**: Our primary dissatisfaction revolved around the length of time it took to implement the software. With that said, we also understand that integrating multiple systems for multiple workflows across an enterprise is an intensely complex process.
