Page URLs can be added manually, via CSV file, or captured from the sitemap XML link which makes adding pages to a project easy. Support is always crucial for any tool used regularly and frequently. I have been very happy with the support received - it has been fast and complete. > > **Cons**: Would like to see a way to check for duplicate URLs. It's possible to add the same URL more than once to a project and it will test the URL for each instance. Since you can sort the list of URLs in a project it's pretty easy to look for duplicates so this is only a minor annoyance. This was communicated to the support team and they are looking into a way to delete duplicates when URLs are added.
