I originally was looking for something like asana to manage some internal + external client processes. Asanas Support was terrible and Smart Suite first got me with their customer service and onboarding. I was in touch with everyone I needed to be in real time and I wasn't sent one automated email telling me to watch a library of videos to find an answer that may not even be there. The ability to learn about the software allowed me to not only do what I needed better, but build a scalable marketing software that I could license to other companies. And the ideas that expand our vision for the company roll in daily. The price for scaling is incredible.
