A BugReplay report includes a screen capture (either a video or a screenshot) and automatically captures all the data you need, including javascript logs, network traffic, server logs and exceptions, and environmental details about your browser and your computer.

This means that members of your team won't have to go back-and-forth with a million questions, such as "what operating system do you use?" or "do you have cookies enabled?". 

BugReplay also makes it super easy to communicate with your team, through audio, video, and textual annotations. You can narrate the video with your mic or camera, or you can leave time-synched comments throughout the video.

What makes BugReplay unique is that it's available everywhere. BugReplay is available for all the major web browsers (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox, and Opera); it's available as a mobile app on iOS and Android; and it's available as a desktop app on Mac, Windows, and Linux. The desktop app gives you the ability to store all the reports locally on your machine instead of in the cloud, for extra privacy.

We provide an array of project management tools that bring issue tracking to a whole new level:
-Add tags and statuses;
-Assign reports to members of your team and track progress;
-Each report comes with individual message boards to communicate with your team directly in the process;
-Add attachments to the reports;
-Keep the reports private or create a shareable URL to share with people outside your team;

We offer integrations with popular project management tools like Jira, Slack, Trello, Zapier, and Asana. We also offer more technical integrations that your engineers might appreciate, including Papertrail, Sentry,  Bugsnag, Postman, Swagger, and ReadyAPI. These integrations allow you to incorporate all the other data that you might have from other vendors directly into your BugReplay bug report.

Another feature is our "Feedback" tool, which allows you to easily request detailed bug reports from people outside your team. If you have your own customers or clients (endusers), this is an easy way to get feedback. All you have to do is send out an email through our platform, and the recipient can create a BugReplay bug report without the need to ever create an actual BugReplay account. All these externally submitted reports will show up in your dashboard.

> **Pros**: It saves me so much time for debugging and getting our products fixed. Instead of the old debugging process, which was: ping the developer, ask them to remote into my computer, try and recreate the bug, fail a couple of times, finally recreate it, have them dig into the logs and figure out why and where it was happening, and then finally fix it. Now I just click a button, record the bug, fill out some details, and send it in.

At first, I didn't like the lack of integrations but over the last couple of months they've added more of my favorites (like Zapier) so I can't complain there.
