We use a free version, and it is super powerful. It is a huge difference in teamwork efficiency using Deskree and without it. Deskree is extremely user-friendly and we do not spend time explaining how it works for new employees. We are happy with: - In Deskree we can delegate tasks, collect ideas, work on issues, collaborate on files, and chat - everything in one space. I see it very organized. - All my due dates for tasks and issues are displayed in Deskree Timeline. Very nice idea. - Nice integration with Google Drive - we both - upload files, and create Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets right in Deskree. - We do not only create and collect ideas, but we vote, categorize and comment on them. To sum up, Deskree is really useful for teamwork because everything we need is in one place. Clean Backend. Quick to setup. > > **Cons**: We had the case that all our API endpoints at deskree suddenly went dead due to a SSL certificate error. After some research online we found that many other users faced the same problem. It took support several days to detect/acknowledge/fix that error, which give me the impression that this software is a one-man show of a computer science student who will take care of a 100% outage of their API whenever he finds time. That this means our system goes down with it for several days was dismissed by their support as "We cannot offer 100% uptime".
