> **Pros**: La piattaforma ha un interfaccia molto pulita, la gestione delle spedizioni è lineare adatta anche a chi non ha molta dimestichezza con questi strumenti, in generale le quotazioni delle spedizioni sono al di sotto di altre piattaforme equivalenti. Ottima l'integrazione con il mio sito di e-commerce.

> **Cons**: L'aggiornamento degli stati della spedizione non è molto preciso per cui sono costretto a verificare lo stato della spedizione direttamente sul sito del corriere. Nel caso di mancata consegna o smarrimento del pacco l'assistenza è veramente pessima.

> Nel complesso i vantaggi superano i problemi, avendo anche testato altre piattaforme simili, rimane comunque la più competitiva.

> **Pros**: Lavoriamo al 95% con market Amazon e la loro integrazione è perfetta. Importazione ordini automatica, conferma spedizione e caricamento tracking automatico ed immediato non appena vengono generate le etichette del corriere scelto. Integrazione anche con molti altri marketplace e cms

> **Pros**: Praticita nell'utilizzo giornaliero e si interfaccia con le piattaforme piu conosciute  (tipo Ebay o shopify)

> **Cons**: Gestione dei problemi e scorrettezza nei rapporti con il cliente.  Ti spingono ad assicurare il pacco con esborsi ulteriori ma poi non rispondono degli errori

> Sono scorretti \!\!\!  Per usare una parola gentile.
Spediamo con loro  (ancora per poco) oltre 500 pacchi l´anno.  Se va bene tutto a posto ma non appena c'è  un problema se ne lavano le mani. Abbiamo spedito un pacco assicurato e lo hanno letteralmente piegato  (conteneva un vinile) e non vogliono rimborsarlo per imballo non conforme.  Ovviamente non è vero, sitrattava di una scatola apposita per vinili ed in ogni caso LO HANNO PIEGATO \!\!\!\!  Assistenza poi scandalosa la signora \[nascosto contenuto sensibile\] probabilmente è un BOT che ti risponde citando articoli per i quali loro sono legittimati a non pagare.  PESSIMI.
