> **Pros**: ElevateHQ is very easy to use, with a lot of customizations and features to offer. It’s a boon to track my team’s commissions in real-time. I know exactly what they are making, and where they need help to get to their OTEs. ElevateHQ dashboard is always on during my one-on-ones with my team

What my team loves is the ability to view a detailed breakdown of all their commissions. It’s even better that they get all this information delivered on Slack - with a single command.

> **Cons**: While their slack messages can be configured any way I want; what I slightly dislike is that I have limited ability to configure these changes myself. 

I can ask for any trigger, any custom message, and any variable as a part of the slack message configuration - but I have to ask their team to make these complex message configurations. However, to their credit - they have been super quick in delivering on these requests.
