It was easy to see strengths and weaknesses. With the bar charts separated by drop-down menus, it is hard to get a wholistic picture of your quantitative rankings. There was also an app, which I prefer over the web experience. Also, I wish there was an administrator function that could automatically start feedback rounds for groups.
