> **Pros**: Whenever I have reached out to the customer support, they have been prompt with their responses and given me exactly what I asked for. They are knowledgeable and know the product throughout. On a few occasions I have requested a new feature or asked about the possibility of improving an existing one - these requests seem to go straight to the development team and actioned pretty quickly. I have not had such experience with other vendors.

The software has helped us get rid of print servers in our global branch offices and is super easy to use.
