It has a huge amount of capability. The workflows are good, but you have to work out where to put the data for it really work properly. You frequently have to wait days if not weeks for issues to be resolved. Even then you find the job has not been completed. They also do not communicate internally at all. Every time you want to improve the software to make it more suited to your firm's needs it is incredibly expensive. It makes you question what you actually pay the support for. You have to update your forms manually yourself. This software is allegedly suitable for firms of all shapes and sizes. However, unless you are a large firm with a large budget with an IT department who can make the relevant updates, avoid it\!
