World-class capabilities and Customer Service
Absolutely wonderful. I feel I have a whole new world of possibilities in front of me that I simply did not have the knowlege of to pursue previously. I'm confident I will be able to learn it all here with SIO tutorials and classes.
Pros
I recently completed their Certification Program to be knowledgeable in how their system functions. I'm blown away on how in depth the instruction actually is. Very informative, clear, concise, and yet wildly overwhelming in quality. I'm fairly new to doing websites, funnels, etc so this is exactly what I needed to have the skills and confidence to get my website going. I'm seeing possibilities of websites, digital sales, marketing, course development, etc all within this one system. Absolutely a game changer for an old guy like me with limited exposure to so much of this digital world that other systems take for granted in what some of us know. SIO treats me like a Team Mate instead of a burden. The customer service is live, responsive, and world class. I'm a life long member now. I highly recommend them.
Cons
That I had not found them until I wasted time and money on GoDaddy, Google Workspace, Wordpress, Hostinger, etc.
Absolutely need to get the word out more.

An easy to use and concise system for tracking daily activities
It is overall a great system to use. Whether beginner or experienced the information is relevant, appropriate and fairly easy to find and utilize.
Pros
I like the ease with which to find the results of my business including leads, income, campaigns, newsletters. It’s also easy to create newsletters
Cons
I could use an instruction manual for the other areas. Setting up the system can be challenging, if support is not available

🔴DO NOT TRUST!
I signed up for a yearly subscription back in January with included migration of my content.
It’s now September- 9 months later- and my site is still not migrated!
I can’t even use the platform properly because my content isn’t there.
In July, I told them clearly that I couldn’t use Systeme fully until the migration is done and that I'd ask for a refund if they kept leaving me on "Seen".
Guess what? They kept the money and did not complete the migration 2 months later!
And oh.....did they have excuses to serve?! Because I was briefly unavailable in May (wedding and honey moon), they just canceled my migration altogether—as if 5 months of waiting meant nothing. When I reminded them I'm still waiting, they took one more month to even resume the work.
This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and a painful waste of money.
If you’re thinking about using Systeme.io and you have content to transfer - please choose some of the competitors.
Here they'll take your money and leave you hanging for 3/4 of the payment period.

It looked nice and shiny, I liked it in the beginning. But I didn't know that it's a trap and I'd have to wait 3/4 of my payment period for them to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform.
Cons
They do no deliver on their promises. I've been waiting already 9 months to migrate my content so that I can properly use the platform. Refund was refused.

Love Love Systeme.io
Its a brand I use, know, love and trust. Used it for years started free and as my business grew, I scaled my pricing tier.
Pros
excellent product, pure value for money, best website all in one product on the market in my opinion
Cons
Lacks live webinars for the authentic presenting feel and Direct Message automations to Meta and TikTok etc. are needed. Even a content planner calendar to upload from would be great
