The back-office depot system combined with the driver delivery app and customer portal work together to create an improved work and customer journey.

Customers' can order through the web portal or the app, they can also view and amend orders, view their account balance and delivery history, obtain statements, and copy invoices. Payments can be made via SagePay and PayPal. The website is suitable for wholesale, retail, and domestic customers.

Orders are placed on rounds, which can be ordered as required, loaded, dispatched, and completed daily. The rounds can then either be sent to the driver delivery app or printed off to give to the drivers. If using the driver app users will be able to see the live progress of each round through the back office system. The driver app also records all aspects of the job, for example, breakages, returns, order amendments. Proof of delivery can also be recorded in various ways: barcode, GPS, and photo.

Invoices are dependent on business requirements - they  can be daily, weekly, detailed or consolidated. They can be printed or emailed. Roundsman has a sales ledger built in that produces aged debts and statement runs. There are several existing integrations with third party data feeds for importing and exporting data, such as orders, deliveries and invoices. Roundsman can also send credit control data, such as balances, by SMS or email.

There are reports available - both standard and customisable depending on the business.

Installation is typically done remotely, after this training can be done either remotely or on-site over a period of time that suits the business.
