Quizzes within the courses help caregivers remember the content and many score with 90%-100% passing grades. I like that the caregivers are engaged in home care and not showing training by facility staff. The supervisory models are what our managers aspire to be, and I like that the caregivers are shown the wrong way to do things from time to time which gives them an opportunity to examine their own behaviors. > > **Cons**: The reporting is difficult. I have to export the entire list of people who took classes, then delete and sort to get the information I need.
