JobDiva is the best ATS

There is no-doubt about the capabilities of JobDiva. Training support provided by JobDiva is also amazing and you can easily customize according to the recruitment process that you follow in your organization.

Pros

Searching candidates on JobDiva is always a great experience. JobDiva definitely has superior candidate tracking capabilities. When it come to searching candidates for a job, it doesn't require recruiters to think of putting any bollean logic. You simply put the key words which are critical to a job and JobDiva will automatically apply bollean logic to your search. You can internally submit the candidature to your account managers for them to review and once approved you can mark an external submission on JobDiva. It lets you do everything that you need to do with your candidates. It is a comprehensive tool for sourcing, interviewing, billing, on-boarding and payroll management.

Cons

There is nothing that JobDiva doesn't have which a recruiter would need to successfully place and track candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle.

STRAN JobDiva Review

STRAN's overall experience with JobDiva has been excellent for us to automate our hiring processes, provide us with excellent candidate matches with the Harvester feature, track our employees, reporting, the DesginForm feature in uploading documents, the pay and bill features, etc. We as a company are very pleased with JobDiva and it has been very instrumental in helping us grow and automate our company. We would like to say how wonderful the JobDiva staff is, starting off with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very instrumental in our decision making in moving forward with JobDiva. He was very responsive in scheduling meeting with us to show how powerful JobDiva is and how it could help us. Additionally, he would be very proactive in scheduling JobDiva subject matter experts to speak with us on questions. we had about JobDiva as well. Secondly, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been amazing!!! [SENSITIVE CONTENT] ability to provide us direction and guidance on JobDiva during our implementation phase has been stellar!! She's so resourceful and wonderful to work with and so responsive in assisting us. She also has such a great personality, and it comes across when working with her. We can't thank her enough as she has made this implementation so easy and a wonderful experience for us!! Additionally, we would like to thank [SENSITIVE CONTENT] for her knowledge and experience in helping us with our backoffice operations, specifically with our timesheets and pay and bill features. Pros

JobDiva is very powerful and brings together both the CRM feature for sales and recruiting. The Harvester feature is amazing, and the analytics, dashboard, and engagement features to the software are very useful and powerful. JobDiva is very user friendly and has a lot of features at no extra cost to manage your sales, recruiting, and back-office operations. Additionally, JobDiva allows you to export data in order to communicate with outside software accounting and payroll programs for back-office operations. Plus, the single sign on feature was very important for our us. All-in-all, JobDiva is a very powerful business tool that will be all of your sales, recruiting, reporting, and operational needs.

Cons

No cons at this time as we are only six months and less using the software.

Reasons for Switching to JobDiva

The first reason is that JobDiva was complete fit for our us as a small business. JobDiva is a very user friendly, yet a very powerful, plus the affordability and with the additional bolt-ons at no extra cost. And overall, it was an amazing experience in our initial conversations.

Has potential

JobDiva has a lot of features that they'll sell you on. On their face, these seem really great! Well I'm here to tell you that they're either not, or they straight up don't work. You end up paying for a database with good reporting mechanisms. Which is fine! But not worth what they charge you.

Pros

JobDiva has great reporting functions so it is easy to track your team's metrics and identify areas for improvement. They are highly customizable, anything from the dashboard to the templates can be catered to your needs. The system itself is very easy to learn/teach to new team members.

Cons

Any and every synchronization is riddled with bugs and rarely works without a hitch. The "harvester" technology is good for filling your database with trash resumes you didn't want. JobDiva's synchronization with our posting boards didn't allow for same-day job postings and ended up crashing anyway. Customer service will respond that your issue is fixed when it clearly isn't. Emails would randomly not send because of outlook sync issues. We had the service for almost two years before they came up with a palatable job portal.

Perhaps the most maddening thing is how often your customer rep will tell you how well these features work for other companies when they are fritzing out on you. Is this supposed to make me feel better? It's also completely unsubstantiated.

Go for Jobdiva without any second thought

Its been 2 year since i am using Jobdiva and i haven't used any other Job board since then.

Pros

The harvesting part and the latest result page.

Cons

Nothing. It's amazing for all the recruitment specialists.

Fantastic ATS for Staffing

The JobDiva team are true partners, are easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. Knowledge is thorough. Always willing to help, to train, and to showcase their product. The best partner we have had from an ATS. Thank you!

Pros

Easy to use, ability to multi-task for the most part. Great support team... WE LOVE [SENSITIVE CONTENT]!!!Onboarding has gotten so much easier and we can mass deploy.

Cons

The BI function - it's very slow and you can only have one BI open at a time.

Akken was no longer being a partner and their method of doing business was chasing away their integrators that we relied on. There were too many issues that were traced back to their business practices and we no longer wanted that risk.Bullhorn was too expensive with very small ROI. There wasn't buy-in.JobDiva wanted to partner from the beginning and went out of their way to showcase their product and show us how they could help us grow.
