This tool is very helpful in integrating all the job boards at same place, it helps in managing the complete cycle of recruitment starting with Sourcing, interviewing, and initiating job offers until joining with the help of advanced functions and features it has, which further help recruiter to check the onboarding status, contract status and all over connect with the candidates very easily. Really Super liked job diva and wanted to use it until I will be connected with staffing and recruitment industry.
Pros
The most effective ATS software available in the market has multiple features to support onboarding, recruitment and HR operations effectively and efficiently. Job Diva provides us the best user interface which will further helps in pulling our performance reports, souring the talent using multiple job board integration, getting the active jobs by putting zip codes, getting the updates and follow up done by onboarding team and last but not the least coordination with different departments such as onboarding, presales and others very effectively and efficiently. This is the best tool that even new recruiters can grab very easily and quickly, and has a never-ending list of features and updates.
Cons
Nothing as of now, I didn't find any flaws and cons about this ATS.

JobDiva: Simplified Staffing Solution.

Pros
Boolean Search Algorithm, Notes Section, Interview Section, Agent Search, Tagging Job#, Integrated LinkedIn, Integrated Job Posting, generation of BI reports a separate tab with excel and pdf files available for download.
Cons
JobDiva Page Response Time, NO option to open multiple candidate page tabs simultaneously, no provision for bulk parsing of resume, Mandatory Zip code requirement when uploading a new candidate. No usage-based search options features that makes the frequent used options to be available before others, no BI Data available to recruiter if we want to know the stats of other recruiters, no option to customize data for BI reports.

Just Do It- JobDIva
It is great till now. I am using it from around 2 years. I have switched from another ATS called CEIPAL. I am quite shocked to see the versatility of functions and application integrated into JobDiva. I am going to recommend my colleagues from other offices to give it a chance and I know if they just try it once they can't go back to anything else as JobDiva is itself a "DIVA"
Pros
It has a huge amount a database. You can easily keep a track of candidates forwarded to clients. JobDiva notes section is one of the best features. It saves your time as you can look at the notes already uploaded by someone else. It has a large number of integrated functions like Glider, Interview Set up function, LinkedIn finder and so on. It saves your money, and you don't have to buy each one of them individually. It is one the best ATS I have used so far. UI is commendable and I haven't found any glitch in it till now.
Cons
As everyone say everything has its pros and cons. JobDiva also has some of them like we can't search for the candidates at multiple location in a single time. I have to look for a specific zip and area in a single time and follow the same for the rest. The other lack it has is I can't open two profiles in single time. It doesn't support multiple tab's function. If you try to open something in a new tab its shows "Blocked".

Cons
Talent search function should be removed permanently as users use this without creating job. Management is not able to track the number of positions someone is getting from the client.

The best ATS for MSP/VMS Staffing Agencies you can buy.
I can't imagine doing my job on a daily basis without it. The reporting functionality, the ability to set each level of my staff and what they can see . They have done right by it, and keep adding functionality daily.
Pros
Having grown with JobDiva over the last 6 years, I can't speak highly enough. Through its APIs, it keeps track of your phone calls, emails and text messages automatically.
Cons
Sometimes it breaks and we are all on hold, but not often, and they are very responsive.

My experience with Job Diva has been remarkable. Their support team is world-class.

Job Diva's support team is second to none. Their group is always innovating, listening to customer feedback, and implementing real-work changes to help back-office teams and professionals manage workflows and build revenue.
Cons
Some processes could be simpler, or possibly deployed in a more simple, approachable design. It can be overwhelming to new users. We'd love to see further integration into MS Teams and general o365 workflows.

Great Product with AI Technology
I have been a Diva user since 2006 when I started with Infinity Consulting Group - I have used less automated and similar products and I find that JobDiva is the most efficient and intuitive.
Pros
The ease with which notes tie candidates and jobs together and makes it easy to navigate from candidates to jobs.
Cons
I find the sales section of jobdiva less fluent

As a user of JobDiva my overall experience is pretty good as i am using its functionality from past more than 4 years.
Pros
JobDiva providing a vast-features on one platform which can be easily accessible and helpful for us.
Cons
Personally, i didnot find any dislikes about jobdiva yet. But i think their Location miles filter can produce more precise results. Sometimes it happens that Jobdiva shows over 60 miles candidates too while i mention it only to show within 50 miles.

JobDiva has been the hub and truth to our business providing us the ability to maintain a pulse on our employees as well as providing the landscape in candidates to increase our business. Their partnership is vital to our growth and sustainability. Their staff is best in class!
Pros
Implementing this tool was close to seamless. Instructions were clear and the partnership from JobDiva was amazing. From an administrator's view, easy access to, and prompt receipt from, JobDiva's support team is critical for us. We are able to quickly diagnose, and course correct to keep our workflows efficient and fine-tuned. Their attention to upgrades and ongoing integration with partner tools continues to provide value added benefits to our business.
Cons
There are some obvious features and workflows that we feel strongly should exist. While we are told they will be considered as a future enhancement, we would like to see these addressed with a higher urgency. It would also be great to see a portion of the user's conference agenda dedicated to a forum where user's can voice these needs and common desires by JobDiva's customers could be prioritized and addressed. Additionally, we would like to see JobDiva invest more time in its BI tool both from a value add and performance position. We have seen little progress or improvement in this area over several years.

Easy to learn, Easy to understand and Easy to use.
Pros
It has a user-friendly interface, better resume search capabilities compared to other ATS systems. Additionally, I can import resumes from external sources in the same search result. The candidate tracking features are great, and I don't have to juggle between multiple tabs. Furthermore, it has the ability to streamline the recruitment and staffing process. I really appreciate its ease of use and the way it helps me manage candidate information and job openings efficiently.

I would really like it if it had the following features as well:1. The use of the (*) operator in resume search so that I can create clean and simple Boolean strings.2. Some kind of AI integration that can match resumes to the posted job description.

10/10 i have worked on many applications but Job Diva it has stood out and on top of every application available in the market.

I Love JobDiva
our experience with JobDiva is excellent. Help from the support team, when you are need, is really good.
Pros
We have been using JobDiva for almost 7 years now and find it very very useful. I personally login to JobDiva every day and that window is open all thro my workday as I move back to it quite often from my other windows of work. It is very user friendly and and when we encounter occasionally a new issue, the support is very quick to respond and provide the solution. As JobDiva allows downloading data to our financial software it has been very helpful.
Cons
Of late the window closes when I am not back into it for a little longer and I find it a bit teasing.

Diva Complications
Most of the time it is good. I think looking people up should be easier. but overall good.
Pros
Ease of use. Its set up in a way that is easy to understand.
Cons
With having many different people and spellings of names, we have to spell it exactly correct or Diva wont find it. Especially if people have multiple names or there is a hyphen. Also I have been having problems looking people up by phone number lately. I am not sure if it is because they have more than one number listed. Lastly we commonly have issues with Diva moving really slow.
