About Titan GPS
Titan GPS is a cloud-based fleet management solution that helps fleet operators track and manage vehicles, equipment and mobile assets across Canada and the United States. GPS tracking hardware and tailored service plans are also available. Titan GPS is recommended for any size business that relies on fleet assets.
The Titan GPS mapping dashboard utilizes Google Maps and optional mapping overlay PatchMaps for the western Canadian oil and gas sector along with API integrations of GIS maps and other third-party applications.
Live tracking, history, landmarks, driver behaviour and coaching, alerts, service reminders and fleet analytics help users manage costs, track productivity and monitor safety. Other available hardware includes electronic logging devices (ELD), fleet camera systems and mobile WiFi.
Pricing includes a one-time hardware cost and monthly maintenance fees.

Went from crappy software to excellent sfotware
EXCELLENT!!!! This product has fixed my 4 main issues with the previous ELD/GPS etc supplier.Your customer service goes above and beyond to help, or fix any issues you may have and to make sure your transition to TITAN is smooth and easy. The training for your product is very detailed and easy to get used to, every question answered
Pros
The GPS tracking NEVER!!!!! loses status and your truck is stuck on the wrong location, this is HUGE when you have a working alone policy for emergenciesEase of use, if you forgot to log out on a Friday and then looked on Monday, ease of fixing your status.Home page is the first page you see, not to pick a truck first when your going to the office and not sure what truck your in that day.Picking a truck to hook to, they actually list which truck so there's no confusion, where other apps, your left wondering did I hook up to the right truck

Great Experience
We previously stand well too much time on the telephone locating service Cruise and seeing how much time they have spent on site. It has also helped us to understand aggressive driving habits of certain drivers and solve those problems.
Pros
Easy to use features that are as Simple or as in depth as you wish them to be. We find the array of custom reports available to be an incredible time saving for our office staff and install crews alike.
Cons
I have no truely negative comments. The software seems to be regularly updated and improving with technological ability.

Do not buy this product
Terrible. Horrible. Wish I never heard of them. DO NOT BUY
Pros
Not a thing. I was ripped off and taken advantage of like the fella with the title “taken for a $$ ride”
Cons
I asked specifically if we would need the with the new regulations, told them about our company and how far we travel and they said oh yes. They en suggested a contract as it would be “cheaper” for me and cost me a ridiculous amount of money when I found out we didn’t need the at all. I tried to resolve with them, and basically was told too bad. I can’t even give these piece of crap things away. DO NOT BUY
Also customer service, don’t bother commenting that you will reach out. That’s a load of crap too.

Customer Service Call Out
I have had fabulous customer service! Representatives are extremely helpful. When I call for a question, quite often reps will stop in to present 'hands on' tutorials. Cannot thank the team enough.
Pros
I like the ability to track several assets accessing a certain location. My customers will call to see when a certain product has been picked up, weeks after we have dropped it off, and I am able to easily landmark locations.
My customer is happy with the information, which makes my company look good. All thanks to Titan GPS.
Cons
I do not have any complaints with this product.

Quality Product!!!
Overall the program is exceptional and would highly recommend to everyone.
Pros
This software allows me to track my equipment with ease. User friendly even for a dummy like me.
Cons
The program updates often and sometimes glitches and I have to exit and restart.
