> **Pros**: The customer service is amazing, anytime you call the person on the other end is always cheerful and have an amazing attitude. They always figure whatever is needed out fast which is very appreciated

> **Cons**: It would be that it doesn't give notifications on the app if a driver has a violation or malfunction which would help the drivers in knowing when they are over hours or have left themselves on duty

> It has been a great experience with Titan GPS, we use it everyday for our company  and the people we deal with through Titan are always helpful and get things done in a matter of minutes.
