You can either track in real-time or after completion which keeps your project time tracking as accurate and productive as your teams are! - Pre-project planning & budgeting Forecast costs & timescales for each of your customers with project estimates allocated to different and customizable staff roles in-app. This allows you access to more accurate pre-project budgeting, forecasting, as well as productivity measurements. - Project actuals & analysis Create your own customizable project roles with non-billable and billable cost hourly rates with each of your employee-specific costs to make your actuals as accurate as they can be. It's simple to see time spent on each of your projects, whether it's billable or non-billable, and the calculation against the project cost. Accuracy helps you create happier customers. - Secure project roles for your staff The role of Project Manager (or PM) is one of the most important and in the Time app you can make sure the PM has access to what they need all inside one solution. Allow them to create projects as well as access billing and costs all securely. Your Project Admins, meanwhile, will have full edit access to the solution making all access and functionality controllable by you. - Staff roles & rates for each project Track costings/billings as well as the actuals of each project against your specifically created employee roles and rates. This feature allows you to determine how much your staff are being billed for, how much each of them cost, and gives you an understanding of the total project actuals so you can report accurately to your clients. - Office capacity management and track staff working locations. Easily see who’s in any of your offices and which staff members are working remotely to give you insights you need, into the right days to set up all of your team meetings and scrums, and also allow staff to select when they're with clients. Set up specific areas or zones (such as 'sales area') with optional alerts to manage your office and zone capacity. - Press a button to clock-in and out.
