The layout is not intuitive (where to find things). I have found it to be awkward and glitchy. When I reached out to support, the person messaging with me on the 2nd event was very slow and did not appear knowledgeable. She seemed to know the product less than I did and took a long time to respond - and then it was with incorrect information. > > Not ideal at all. Whenever sellers share an email address, I have to correct the 2nd sellers name because it changes it to Seller \#1's name. Many brokerages require documents uploaded into their own compliance software and it just creates an extra step for me.
