Delivered as promised!
I was looking for a one stop place to set up my LLC. Starting my company with Tailor Brands showed me what good service should be about. They not only made promises but also delivered on them, leaving me satisfied and likely to return for future purchases.Overall, I felt I received great value for the price, it actually delivered more than I expected.
Pros
Easy, inexpensive, efficient.The customer support was outstanding—responsive and helpful, showing a genuine commitment to satisfaction. You can start a company with all around service within a day.Especially if someone has no experience or legal knowledge (like me) this solution is an absolute time and money saver.They also have a huge knowledge database to read.
Cons
The website templates could be improved, there is not much choice and they are not truly customizable, Website builder and business card template could also need refreshing.

Thank God for Tailor Brands!!!
It’s been a one stop shop for all of my business needs, and for that I’m especially grateful. It’s been an easy, simple process too. I was not tech savvy at all and I was very worried about my abilities in making my own website but tailor brands is so easy to use that I didn’t have any real issues. I’m also grateful that they offer all the legal business stuff like starting an LLC too. I can literally do everything I need to do for my business on tailor brands. Excellent overall experience!

I was looking for the easiest, highest quality, yet budget friendly web design company and I found it in Tailor Brands! I was not tech savvy at all but I was able to figure out how to make my own website with ease thanks to tailor brands! Plus they offer everything you need in one place! I got my business email, registered my LLC, do my own graphic design and business cards through tailor brands. It couldn’t have been easier! Thank God for Tailor Brands! I couldn’t be happier with their quality services and affordable prices! I’ll never even look at another company for my needs because I am so happy with my experiences with Tailor Brands! I’ve been using them for almost a year and they’ve sent me all the business/legal reminders I need, plus they offer personalized help! Thank you Taylor Brands for all that you do! Best company out there!!

Nothing really. There were a few times I was confused about how to use the software but I eventually figured it out, and I got help from the tailor brands team too.
Reasons for Switching to Tailor Brands
Tailor brands offered everything I needed in one place and I can imbed other services like PayPal if I want to. It really simplified Everything for me. Tailor brands was also the easiest one to use, especially for website design. I couldn’t figure out how to use squarespace so I was happy when I found tailor brands. I also believe the price for tailor brands is the best out of all the other companies, especially since I can do everything on I need to do on tailor brands.

Extremely Unprofessional and Unreliable Service

Tailor Brands is unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy.
Cons
I strongly advise against using Tailor Brands for any business services. I paid $1,557 USD for various services, including EIN processing and LLC formation, but received nothing but frustration and financial loss. Tailor Brands failed to obtain my EIN, leaving me to deal with the IRS myself despite charging me for the service. The support team has been contradictory and unhelpful; some members said they would process a refund and provided a small $99 refund, while others claimed they could neither issue a refund nor process the EIN. This inconsistency and lack of accountability are unacceptable.
As I've completed this process with other companies without any issues. The delays and lack of transparency have caused significant damage to my business. To make matters worse, their response times are abysmal. Despite being promised contact on July 4th, no one has reached out.
Tailor Brands is unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Save your time, money, and peace of mind by going elsewhere.

Avoid TailorBrands at all costs!
Terrible experience, headache after headache.
Pros
I learned how to be careful who I work with in the future. Never again TailorBrands!

They just charge and charge, without really helping you out. They rather leave you with a lot of problems and they are not very helpful when it comes to solving them.
They offer 3 numbers (which I was able to find) and one email to reach out to them.
They tell you they will answer in 24h, but it is just an automatic email and that is it.
I asked them multiple times for dissolution of my LLC, many times sent an email to give me exact details of how it is done saying I would like to dissolve my buisness.
They just see "I would like to dissolve my business" and just try to charge you immediately.
On top of it all, I proceeded to pay for my LLC dissolution and of course I was charged for something else, not even notifying me about it.
I called all three number, sent email and no response.
For my email it hasn't been 24h, but the phone number don't even try.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
They automatically hang up....

Tailor Brands
Creating a quality website has been hard and costly, until I found Tailor Brands. Setting up my website with TB was very user friendly.
Pros
Setting up my website was very easy and the customer service is great.
Cons
I'm not good myself at SEO so I have not been able to make that work. But, I have hired an SEO company so it's about to get better.
