I finally reported already to your team that it was a bug in your own WHMCS app that it was having collision with ticket number and thus ticket were not imported. Your team never helped and 13 days wasted by me over this concern. You shall compensate for the time wasted of the client. Very bad customer service. They don't value customer association for more than 10 years. Now don't have excuse of holidays they just started your management put my case on hold for more over 2 months.
