The day to day support team are great at applying bandaids and getting us back up and running when there are issues. > > **Cons**: Development team ignore ongoing issues and do not fix underlying cause, leaving them to support team to keep applying more bandaids. They also use Oracle and Redhat versions that have reached end of life and are unable to provide any commitment to upgrade to fully supported versions. Very difficult to get any changes made. Any development changes required are very expensive with long lead times and then are still delivered late. > > While the system does what it needs to do to allow us to run our DC there is no ongoing innovation or new development being provided by Microlsitics. They rush the implementations and then ignore the issues after implementation team have left. Commitments made during implementation also remain undelivered 3 years later.
