Salesforce integration and the use of word and excel templates is great. It can be created in word/excel and can be uploaded as is with a great preview feature. > > **Cons**: Some objects are not customizable. Like Price books are set to have two money fields only List price and cost and also the Existing quotes chart, we would like to add product info to one of the columns. The Deployment feature from Sandbox to Production is not super user friendly. The Reporting feature is very limited, we would like to create reports for user basis, product basis, and on parts that were quoted too. Salesforce integration has limitations also.
