The system can track everything from wine compositions and gallons and equipment and storage and dry goods inventory and costing all in one place. You may choose to use all or only some of the functions which makes it pretty versatile for different business models. > > **Cons**: - Unable to perform topping from more than one topping vessel at one time. - There is "time-tracking" of labor for completed work orders, but not a way to export this data in a manner in which beneficial to track labor costs. Generating reports from this data would he helpful. - CSV files generated are not very "clean" looking. I always have to do a lot of reformatting in order to be able to send a clean looking excel report to clients and other staff. - Client logins where they can generate their own work orders for custom crush would be a plus. > > There are several utilizations of client billing that have been helpful to use with vintrace. For example, automatically tying an additive or operation to a price and automatically showing up on the invoice. Also, analysis tracking has been useful. There are some aspects that are less helpful with the way our custom crush billing is set up that makes it difficult to use vintrace. Overall, a good experience (once you learn the system.)
