Ankota offers caregiver management, client management, authorizations, care plans, scheduling, timekeeping, billing and payroll. Ankota is designed for desktop and mobile devices and is HIPAA compliant. Ankota is especially well-suited for Medicaid home care agencies needing to provide Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) under the 21st century cures act. Ankota additionally offers solutions for adult day care, consumer directed services, private duty, respite, case management, expenditure management, and home therapy management (like PT and OT). Most Ankota customers provide care for the elderly, but the solution also supports pediatric care, independent living organizations and Area Agencies on Aging (AAAs). Administrators receive alerts when visits are late or don’t comply with expectations (late, wrong duration, outside of authorization, wrong address or phone number, and more) and helps agencies deliver clean claims. Ankota Home Care can send invoices and electronic claims (e.g., Medicaid and VA) and can integrate with billing and payroll systems like Quickbooks and with referral systems.
