Currently we use the Injury Management section the most. I like how the information is stored and is easy access. The injury reporting enables an easy TRIFR report process. We are also storing our training documents but have only touched on this. I would like to have a notation section under the employee folder to notate when employee's are attending training sessions. I have reached out to the support team to advise that I require further training to take full advantage of the platform however my availability has been the issue to date. the STEMS team are ready when I am. I have a personal frustration because the platform is paid per user we have limited users on the program so I do have to double up a lot of my work so that other parts of the business can get a copy. Again, this is an internal issue.
