> **Pros**: Cet outil nous sert en transverse au sein de l'équipe CS qui comprend plusieurs métiers. Chacun utilise Skalin dans son quotidien grâce au suivi de l'onboarding via les playbooks pour les CSE, les dashboards de suivi healthscore pour les CSM et la vue globale des clients pour moi. C'est vraiment top.

> **Cons**: Le petit bémol c'est la connexion avec Hubspot qui ne se fait pas via l'intégration native.

> On quelques clics, j'ai les informations centralisées pour un client et au global pour l'ensemble des clients mais aussi au niveau de la segmentation. En plus c'est très visuel et simple d'utilisation.
