Also, there have been several instances where data is not correct; which I know the data comes from Trams, but there have been several times where there have been discrepancies b/c of the way things are synched or loaded \& we've had to make adjustments in order to get the data to match up. It can be very frustrating. > > Overall Grasp is great to provide what we need, but the most important part I've encountered that I'd like to highlight is the Customer Service. We've always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service\! The representatives we've worked with (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) have always gone above \& beyond to make sure we get what we need, or work out any issue we're having, or really just to fulfill any request we throw at them\! They work tirelessly to resolve our issue, or provide assistance \& are always extremely professional, polite \& friendly; not to mention the amount of knowledge they have that they can share with us, it's great\! Some dont work at all. I think interfacing should be 1x a week on a Tuesday or a Wednesday fixable by the agency so the most up to date information is available. Reports should be available to help my bookkeeper with their job to show discrepancies but since this is a slave to Trams and that is the data source thenI dont know if this is possible.
