About Grasp Technologies
Grasp Technologies is a cloud-based suite of solutions that helps businesses manage travel data and generate reports. Professionals can automatically import data on the platform and create customizable dashboards to gain an overview of travel expenses through graphs or actionable analytics.

Pros
Ability to schedule reports and send to multiple people.
Cons
Report Builder is confusing/complicated. While there are a lot of reports available there are almost to many to go through before you find the one you actually need.

Barb, I hear you! Finding reports seems to be the #1 suggestion for improvement. We implemented the simple search not too long ago, but again, this can still have its challenges. You can also use the "Favorites" designation to find your personal favorites quickly without scrolling through the library. Additionally, once marked as a favorite, the "My Favorite Reports" dashboard widget allows you to run your report directly from the dashboard! We will keep working to make finding reports easier. TRAMS is easier for me to uses than GRASP
It's been a very long time that we've used Grasp( primarily for client reporting)...I am not client facing so I use TRAMS for my everyday reporting. I would like Prepare to come up with Prepare rules that mimic TRAMS ability to "global modify"
Pros
Prepare makes it easy to clean up data ..I did have a difficult time a really hard time getting the programmer to understand what I wanted in a "custom" rule.
Cons
I think formulating a query is not intuitive...it's easy to have a misstep.

Great product to deliver up to the minute reporting
Been using GraspData for years, always easy to work with them through issues or customization.
Pros
It's real-time, super important when working with finances
Cons
Cost, but you do get what you paid for.
