> sproof sign is a cloud-based web application for digitally signing contracts, replacing handwritten signatures. It is possible to sign yourself as well as to invite people to sign online.

"Cloud" means that the software application is hosted on an external server structure (based in Europe) and sproof sign users can log in to the software from anywhere (PC, smartphone) using an internet browser.
In addition, sproof sign can optionally be integrated into a company's IT landscape via an API interface.

All signature processes of small and large companies can be handled with sproof sign. This saves resources such as time, money and paper. The focus of the development of sproof sign is on:
1) good usability,
2) mapping the use cases of our defined target groups,
3) high data protection and legal validity.

sproof sign can be used either alone (single licence) or in a team (group licence = plan). When sproof sign is used in a team, there is always an admin who can manage the plan in the company. (user management, settings, etc.)
